2. How do I place an order?


To place an order, simply visit our Shop page, browse our selection of custom wigs, and add your chosen products to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, where you’ll provide your shipping details and payment information. After completing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.


3. Can I customize my wig?


Yes! We specialise in creating customised wigs that cater to your specific preferences. You can choose from different hair types, lengths, colours, and textures. If you have a unique request, please contact us to discuss your customization options.


4. How long does it take to receive my order?


Delivery typically takes 4-7 working days from the date of dispatch. Depending on your location, shipping times may vary slightly, but we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.


5. What are the shipping fees?

• Gauteng: R150

• North West, Free State, and Northern Cape: R200

• Rest of South Africa: R250

6. Can I track my order?


Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress and delivery status.


7. What is your return and refund policy?


We do not offer refunds, but we do offer exchanges for products that are in their original condition, unused, and unwashed. To qualify for an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. For full details, please review our Return and Refund Policy.

11. What if my wig arrives damaged or defective?


If your wig arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or store credit.
